Get a breath of fresh air in beautiful Menominee Park, along the water while participating in our special Yoga events. We are confident you will gain something from each class and choose to make Yoga part of your daily life if it isn’t already. All are welcome, young or old, new or veteran yoga enthusiasts. Class will incorporate a variety of Hatha (slower, more deep stretching and works on mobility) and Vinyasa, (faster pace, more cardio).
Instructor: Melissa Pingel, Certified Yoga and Pilates instructor.
In the event of inclement weather, class will take place at the Recreation Gym.
