We are confident you will gain something from each class and choose to make Yoga part of your daily life, if you haven't already.
All are welcome, young or old, new or veteran yoga enthusiasts. Class will incorporate a variety of hatha (slower, deeper stretching, and mobility work) and Vinyasa (faster pace, more cardio).
