When is this offered?: Summer

Track workouts will be coach-led with the goal of running 3 miles each week.  Workouts will be explained each night and changed weekly.  Participants will be encouraged to workout at their own ability level.  Not everyone has to run the entire workout.  All ages and abilities are welcome!  An end-of-summer celebration will take place at the Fox River Brewing Company on Monday, August 21, at 6:00 PM.
