For students grades K-3, Jr. FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) Lego League captures young children’s curiosity and directs it toward discovering the wonders of science and technology. This program features a real-world scientific concept to be explored through research, teamwork, construction, and imagination. Guided by adult coaches, teams use LEGO bricks to build a model that moves and develop a Show Me Poster to illustrate their journey.
Requirements:
- A team consisting of 6 members, grades K-3.
- Jr. FLL Registration for for ORD.
- $65 registratio fee (per team member) or $390 per team.
- Volunteer Disclosure Statement and Criminal Background Check Authorization for from Oshkosh Area School District for each adult coach.

Note: The Jr. FLL season runs from August to April. Teams of 6 must be formed, fees collected and all forms filled out, along with confirmation from Sarah Ludwig prior to registration with ORD.
