Programming for Youth and Adults begins on January 3!
This class is available to youth and adults. Individuals will learn discipline, respect, self-confidence and self-defense. Students must wear a soft-soled tennis shoe. Comfortable clothing is also recommended.
Youth participants must be a minimum of 7 years of age as of the first day of the program.
Register for only one session. You may register for additional sessions after the completion of your current session.
