Get a breath of fresh air and enjoy some stretching, calming and restoring in nature. We are confident you will gain something from each class and choose to make Yoga a part of your daily life if it isn’t already. All are welcome, young or old, new or veteran yoga enthusiasts. Class will incorporate a variety of Hatha (slower, more deep stretching, works on mobility) and Vinyasa, (faster pace, more cardio).
