This hands-on class combines reading, creativity, and cooking skills to inspire a love of literature and food in young learners. We'll dive into the pages of two delightful children’s books and bring the stories to life by creating delicious, story-themed snacks and treats. Perfect for budding readers and chefs alike. Students may only be registered for one time slot.

This is a total STEM experience. Students will be placed into teams and asked to make, bake, create, and build to present their cupcake theme for the final presentation to our panel of community judges. Students must be engaged in the process and attend all classes.

Basic kitchen skills including safety, measurements, utensils, and use of small appliances. Students will prepare recipes that encourage healthy eating habits, learning basic nutritional information, and guidelines.
