The Oshkosh Recreation Department and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources will sponsor a Junior Angler Education Program for girls and boys. The program will cover aquatic ecology, fish habitat and habits, outdoor ethics, fisheries management, fishing equipment and fishing techniques. A classroom session will be conducted in addition to a shoreline fishing experiences. Meet near Kiwanis Shelter #1 at Menominee Park. Location for the fishing day may change due to water/weed level.
