During this class students will learn how to throw on the pottery wheel, tool the bottom of their wheel thrown piece and apply various glazing techniques. Classes are for individuals who have never thrown on the pottery wheel or individuals who have some experience and would consider themselves beginners.

Which came first... the chicken or the egg?
ChickQuest teaches youth about the life cycle of a chicken through preparing an incubator habitat for chick eggs. As they observe the 21-day life cycle and prepare for hatching, youth will work as real-world scientists: observing, recording, analyzing, experimenting, problem solving, and more! Youth also learn about Wisconsin agriculture and food sources and how food does not start from a box or bag.
