The Oshkosh Recreation Department is excited to offer our community the opportunity to participate in our Youth Flag Rugby! The youth league is a non-competitive league whose goal is to teach the fundamentals, providing children of any experience level the opportunity to learn Rugby. Our leagues will be about skill development, building confidence, friendships, and teamwork. Exciting, fast-paced, basic non-contact; Flag Rugby is a fun, all-inclusive way to introduce young children to the fundamental skills of rugby with a big emphasis on having fun! Flag Rugby allows everyone to touch the ball by passing and running! Flag Rugby is a coed sport that is easy to learn and requires no prior experience to play!
Participants should bring water and wear soccer cleats, if possible.
